Printing cylinders and sleeves

Rototechnix proposes printing cylinders for all types of machines, following plans or models. Made of aluminum, they can be anodized to harden the surface. They are the most reliable on the market and approved by several press manufacturers. We supply these cylinders with standard or Q5/Q6 quality gears (hardened & grinded).
On request, we can produce fine axial and radial grooves to help you position the plates onto the cylinders. For large diameters and for certain types of machines, we have developed a lighter version ; the weight of the tools is considerably reduced compared to solid cylinders, which makes them easier to handle.
